  correspondent.

Working Group Summary

This document was done in collaboration with the Mobopts
research group. No specific concerns or issues were raised
during the WG LC. The document has also been presented and
discussed at the MIP6 WG meetings.

Protocol Quality

This specification has been reviewed by Jari Arkko for

is only capturing issues associated with location

  there is no implementation experience.
