Title : Filter Interface Identifier Binding in Mobile IPv6
Author(s) : T. Kauppinen, et al.

Mobile nodes using more than one interface for communicating with
other nodes in the network need a mechanism that controls how these
interfaces are used. One way of controlling the interface usage is
to define rules that map flows to network interfaces. These rules
can also be called filter rules that are bound to Filter Interface
Identifiers.
This document describes a mechanism to associate Filter Interface
Identifiers with the current location information of a mobile node in
case when the mobility protocol used by the mobile node is Mobile
IPv6.

NOTE: The mail server at ietf.org can return the document in
MIME-encoded form by using the "mpack" utility. To use this
feature, insert the command "ENCODING mime" before the "FILE"
command. To decode the response(s), you will need "munpack" or
a MIME-compliant mail reader. Different MIME-compliant mail readers
exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
"multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
how to manipulate these messages.
Below is the data which will enable a MIME compliant mail reader
implementation to automatically retrieve the ASCII version of the
Internet-Draft.
