Title : A Filter Rule Mechanism for Multi-access Mobile IPv6
Author(s) : C. Larsson, et al.

This document suggests a mechanism that could be used to direct flows
from and to multi-homed nodes. A clear distinction is made between
policies, filter rules and filters.
In order to be able to use filter rules in a multi-access mobility
context without excessive overhead, it is advantageous to be able to
define match functions and bindings separately, as it is expected
that it may be necessary to update the bindings much more often than
the match functions. If the binding is expressed in terms of filter
rule identifier and care-of address, the bindings must be updated on
a handover to a new care-of address, while the match function will
not.

MIME-encoded form by using the "mpack" utility. To use this
feature, insert the command "ENCODING mime" before the "FILE"
command. To decode the response(s), you will need "munpack" or
a MIME-compliant mail reader. Different MIME-compliant mail readers
exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
"multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
how to manipulate these messages.

implementation to automatically retrieve the ASCII version of the
