Please send any comments to the iesg@ietf.org or ietf@ietf.org mailing lists by 2005-11-04. Although this draft is Informational, if approved, it will cause a large number of Proposed Standard RFCs to be reclassified as Historic. The IESG wishes to be informed of any listed specifications which are in fact still in active use.
