Please note the cutoff dates for the IETF hotels. We were able to renegotiate the cutoff date as well as the cancellation policy at the Le Meridien Etoile. The cutoff dates are as follows: Concorde Hotel - June 9, 2005 Le Meridien Hotel - June 23, 2005 The Concorde Hotel is attached to the meeting venue and the Le Meridien is directly across the street from the meeting venue. It is less than a five minute walk from either hotel to the meeting venue.
