The IESG has approved the following document:

- 'OPES Callout Protocol Core '
   <draft-ietf-opes-ocp-core-05.txt> as a Proposed Standard

This document is the product of the Open Pluggable Edge Services Working Group.

Technical Summary

This document specifies the core of the Open Pluggable Edge Services
(OPES) Callout Protocol (OCP). OCP marshals application messages from
other communication protocols: an OPES intermediary sends original
application messages to a callout server; the callout server sends
adapted application messages back to the processor.

Working Group Summary

The working group came to consensus on this proposal and there
were no objections raised during last call.

Protocol Quality

This document was reviewed for the IESG by Ted Hardie.
