The IESG contact person is Harald Alvestrand. Technical Summary This document is an update to RFC 2418 that gives WG chairs explicit responsibility for managing WG mailing lists. In particular, it gives WG chairs the authority to temporarily suspend the mailing list posting privileges of disruptive individuals. Working Group Summary The document was proposed and discussed on the Solutions mailing list, and was discussed in the General Area meeting at IETF 59. It had strong support from many people. No objections were raised during Last Call.
