Title : DB Exchange for OSPFv2 Wireless Interface Type
	Author(s)	: T. Clausen
	Filename	: draft-clausen-manet-ospf-dbx-00.txt
	Pages : 24
	Date : 2004-2-11

This memo describes a mechanism providing database exchange and
reliable transmission capabilities in a way which is adapted to link
state routing on ad hoc networks. This mechanism is specified in
this document for wireless OSPF interfaces as specified in draft-
   spagnolo-manet-ospf-wireless-interface-00.txt. A signature exchange
technique is proposed, providing a very compact way for the nodes to
communicate and compare the state of their respective link-state
databases. Upon receiving such a signature, a node can quickly
detect if a discrepancy is present and, furthermore, determine which
information must be exchanged in order to alleviate this discrepancy.

Send a message to:
	mailserv@ietf.org.
In the body type:
	"FILE /internet-drafts/draft-clausen-manet-ospf-dbx-00.txt".

NOTE:	The mail server at ietf.org can return the document in
MIME-encoded form by using the "mpack" utility. To use this
feature, insert the command "ENCODING mime" before the "FILE"
command. To decode the response(s), you will need "munpack" or
a MIME-compliant mail reader. Different MIME-compliant mail readers
exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
"multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
	how to manipulate these messages.

Below is the data which will enable a MIME compliant mail reader
implementation to automatically retrieve the ASCII version of the
Internet-Draft.
