Refunds are subject to a 10% (ten percent) processing fee. The 10% penalty is waived in the event that cancellation is due to your inability to obtain a visa to attend the meeting. 2. Once you register/pay for IETF 103 you may request a letter of invitation through a link in your confirmation email or the self-service portal. As a courtesy to those who’ve attended an IETF meeting in the past, we are permitting prior attendees to obtain an LOI before registering for the meeting.
