The two legal documents needed to create the IETF LLC have been updated to incorporate the results of the IASA2 WG discussion and a few minor refinements from ISOC. This will serve as the last call for comment on these documents before they get executed and the LLC gets created. Please send any comments to iasa20@ietf.org by August 14, 2018. I will also forward this note to ietf@ietf.org.

This last call is overlapping with the WG confirmation of consensus about the sources and number of board directors <https://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/iasa20/current/msg01250.html>. If that consensus is not confirmed the relevant language in Exhibit A of the LLC Agreement will be updated to match whatever the WG consensus is.
