Dear devs,

during system start-up I have been told to contact you:

thinkpad_acpi: ThinkPad ACPI Extras v0.25
thinkpad_acpi: http://ibm-acpi.sf.net/
thinkpad_acpi: ThinkPad BIOS G1ET92WW (2.52 ), EC unknown
thinkpad_acpi: Lenovo ThinkPad T430, model 2349D13
thinkpad_acpi: Unsupported brightness interface, please contact
ibm-acpi-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
thinkpad_acpi: radio switch found; radios are enabled
thinkpad_acpi: This ThinkPad has standard ACPI backlight brightness
control, supported by the ACPI video driver
thinkpad_acpi: Disabling thinkpad-acpi brightness events by default...
thinkpad_acpi: Console audio control enabled, mode: monitor (read only)

Indeed, I think this manifests in my screen backlight remaining dark
when I resume my laptop by opening the lid.

This kernel is:
$ uname -a
Linux kff50 3.16-2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.3-2 (2014-09-20) x86_64
GNU/Linux

If there is any more information I could provide to help you, please
don't hesitate to ask for it!

Best regards,

Fabian
