T420 Hang

Hi,

Machine details:
Lenovo Thinkpad T420 
Intel Core i5-2520M Processor 
Intel HD graphics 3000
Ubuntu 2.6.38-8-generic (64bit)
uname -m x86_64

Symptoms when the problem occurs:
Display stops responding.
- Display is frozen, mouse pointer responsive

Additional Info: 
Issue happened when laptop was idle for about 25-30 minutes. When the issue happened, the laptop did not seem too hot.
