This set of 11 patches is aimed at 2.6.32-stable, it includes important fixes and some stuff that will make it much easier to backport further thinkpad-acpi fixes to 2.6.32. It also contains one change (backlight events) which is important to userspace. I'd appreciate if you could add them to the 2.6.32.y stable queue.
