Looks like either:

1. interrupt routing problems, or
2. SMP-releated problems, or
3. MSI-related problems, or
4. APIC-related problems.

1 and 4 are more likely, and in every case you can test them without
disabling ACPI.  I don't recall the kernel command line parameters to mess
with the interrupt routing or with the APIC, or disable SMP, but they're not
too difficult to find in the kernel-parameters.txt file.

Please test various variations of the parameters for these functionalities,
and send your findings to the bugzilla.kernel.org report.

Are you using the latest version of the firmware for that machine?
