Wow, I feel like a heel. *blush*

Here is an updated patch which lets the user know that they now have
the 'toggle' command (both in the /proc/acpi/ibm/light file as well as
linux/Documentation). I've also scanned the site and see there is a
newer patch out for thinkpad-acpi, so I've applied than and re-run the
diff.
