Heh, you mean me. ;-)

Funny you mention it, i'm currently debugging a problem where HAL
detects the input device created by thinkpad_acpi as a button, which
fails the prober and the device gets removed, and nothing gets mapped.
I'll cc you on a mail to the hal list I'm writing now.

When it works for me, I'll write a couple of pages of FAQ.
