This is the right list, yes :-)  Welcome.

Just grab the newest ibm-acpi patches from sf.net (I just released some),
apply on top of whatever kernel you are using (I am currently releasing for
2.6.18, 2.6.19 and 2.6.20), and report back any problems.

If you want to add extra support for the old vintage T20/T21, then you will
have to do most of the work yourself as I cannot really test it... but I
will help you as much as I can, and I am open to patches to improve ibm-acpi
in both old and new thinkpads.
