Hello!
I am trying to monitor udevd (by monit).
Could you help me to make up a command that generates a real kernel event
which does nothing but proves that udevd is functioning (like a ping
... pong message)
All I have is
/bin/udevadm trigger --verbose --dry-run --type=devices --subsystem-match=rtc
But it also works when I kill udevd.
