Objet : fixed id for mouse and keyboard

Hi,

For users, i have computers with TouchScreen, and application without
any mouse and keyboard.
(no access to system).

1 - There is a driver conflict between mouse and TouchScreen : multi
press and release.

I (or technicians) have to go on the machines to control them (plugging
keyboard).
2 - I want to help them to access to parts of systems by programming
shortchuts.

BUT
Hot plugged, Mouse or Keyboard are not identicaly identified (because
rarely the sames).

Both problems could be solved if i know how i can affect an unique ID
(and event) to all usb mouses and all keyboards.

How can i do that, or if i have to use an other solution ?

(For mouse, i've got the solution by eeti (eGalax driver).)
(For keyboard, i know how catching keyboard event.)

Thanks,
Daniel.
