Fix wlan key on Inspiron 1012

This fixes wlan key on Inspiron 1012.

It seems all the mini line Dell's have had this issue. So it's a matter
of catching the older Dell mini machines, not using the standard Dell
keycode for wlan key. Think there is one more left.

Working with Dell so newer mini machines will not have this issue.
