At the conference call today we talked about doing a use case for Virtualization in the context of hotplug. People wanted examples and guidelines: The guideline we used was from the following reference: The OO design process: Use cases applied, Part 2 (which also points to the first seven articles) http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/webservices/library/co-design8/index.html Guidelines and definitions of the heading for use cases were made by Allen Holub in the following article: http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/library/co-design5.html#1 One example we have is this draft one for Persistent Storage Device Naming: http://www.developer.osdl.org/maryedie/STORAGE_NETWORKING/PSDN/PSDN_use_case.txt We can probably use at least the roles defined in the above. We can use "Scenarios" for the different possibilities that Bruce mentioned. We are posting in plain text which is better received by the community.
