The latest Linux SATA status can always be found at

	http://linux.yyz.us/sata/

Hotplug controller support is already present.

Hotplug device support for libata core will hopefully apear in 30-60 
days.  After that, it's just a matter of updating each SATA driver to 
support libata hotplug hooks.
