They are not available publicly (except this email was sent to a public 
list, which probably maintains archives).  If need be I can put them 
somewhere as well.

I would be happy to forward and track to inclusion any kernel fixes that 
result from any testing.  However, these fixes will eventually end up in 
the -mhp tree so you may want to skip the middle man and mail the memory 
hotplug mailing list directly.
