[PATCH 02/11] P2P2: Report p2p2 information in P2P-DEVICE-FOUND event

Add PCEA capability information, supported PASN types and bootstrap
methods in P2P-DEVICE-FOUND event.
This is needed to be able to start P2P2 pairing with the discovered
peer.
