I applied this patch on top of main and all the tests are passing for me - so I don't really know which issue have you encountered.. Just one thing that I noticed: on one of my older machines eht_mld_connect_probes was failing due to tshark not being able to properly filter the mld probe (getting "ML probe response not found"). This was due to an old tshark version - after upgrading to 4.0.6 the test is passing.
