[PATCH 10/12] wolfssl: refactor crypto ECC section

- improve error checking
- improve logging
- use heap allocated objects
- prefer lib functions instead of member access when possible
- add more curves
- check if brainpool support built
- use appropriate functions or direct access when WOLFSSL_OLD_FIPS
