Do we really need this functionality with MBSSID? Hidden SSID is not
compliant with the IEEE 802.11 standard, does not provide any real
security, causes issues for stations, and should not really have been
ever deployed in the first place.


For now, I need to add the support for MBSSID case as well because we don't want the configuration ignored if it is set in the user config. If we do remove the whole functionality in future, then MBSSID part can be removed at the same time.
