Subject: is openssl 3.0 supported by wpa-2.9 and/or wpa-2.10 

Jouni et al,

We have a requirement for openssl 3.0 support with a supplicant package.
It doesn’t appear that wpa-2.9 supports it. Is that the case ?
Will wpa-2.10 support it ?
