That's not exactly ideal, e.g., when Ctrl-C is used to terminate the
process on purpose. While one could check the exit value to determine
that, I'll just add the -ignore_err argument to avoid such extra

Ok, I couldn't find the -ignore_err option when I looked, but I don't know
so much about openssl obviously.
