I get the message "Process pending EAPOL frame that was received just before association notification" for the intel wifi at 2.4 and 5 GHz. And also for the Ralink wifi (of course only for 2.4 GHz, as it has no 5 GHz). However, the problem with broken connection and seemingly wrong password occurs only with Intel wifi and 5 GHz. So it is not connected to "Process pending EAPOL frame that was received just before association notification". It may be connected to 5 Ghz or Intel wifi, I cannot tell.
