But I did enable ipv6 and was able to contact radius server with IPv6 address.
What are the supported features with the current version ?

Version 2.4 is not supported at all..

I would strongly recommend moving to the current version. If you need to
know something about the capabilities on an unsupported old version, you
have access to the source code to browse through it..
