Hello, I am wondering if I change my wireless interface's real MAC address to something else using bssid= directive in hostapd.conf, for example those start with 02: for local administration bssid=02:aa:bb:cc:dd:ee, would the clients who join my wireless network and/or those drive-by listeners (those who do not join the network) be able to extract the real MAC address ? Would you mind pointing me to the code in git tree doing the implementation of setting bssid= where it changes the real MAC to soft MAC ? My apology for asking too much.
