Thanks, applied with some cleanup and fixes. I split the patches into
smaller pieces to make it easier to understand the changes. In addition,
there were number of changes needed to rebase this on top of the current
tree (mainly for the new wpa_ft_local_derive_pmk_r1() function). I
haven't done very thorough testing with FILS+FT yet, but at least all
the new (and existing) hwsim test cases for FT are passing fine.
