Could anyone tell me what I've got wrong with my wlp6s0.conf (...hostapd.conf)?

It is for an 802.11ac Compex WLE900VX card on a Debian Linux system.

There is more information at the server fault question I posted, I
just find it easier to work on that platform-- but felt like my
chances would be slim if I put all my eggs in one basket. I hope two
baskets is sufficient. Thank you for your time.
