The easiest way of getting rid of issues related to TKIP countermeasures is by disabling TKIP.. If it is enabled, it will be used as the group cipher and as such, even a single misbehaving STA would completely disable the BSS for everyone due to the rules related to the countermeasures (must not allow any use of TKIP, including the group cipher one, for 60 seconds). The log shows one of the STAs reporting Michael MIC failures in broadcast frames from the AP.
