not sure if the message got sent since it complained about html content - hence resending...

here are the config files (with channel=36 and without channel) and the corresponding hostapd log files.
pls let me know whether it is my config for 80211ac that is wrong.

Did you try setting the channel in the configuration file, i.e., channel=36?
