Hi,

		4.10.6-3.g0402808-default x86_64

this kernel version does not support multicast to unicast, you can ignore that error safely.

Kernel 4.10.6 is lacking mac80211 [4,5] support for multicast to unicast and requires the interface to be down for enabling/disabling multicast to unicast [1,2,3]. Hence the error message.
Both is fixed in 4.11-rc4.
