That's a really strange configuration.. 40 MHz channel where HT has
invalid primary + secondary channel pair and VHT has a center frequency
that is completely outside HT channel range.. No idea what that is
supposed to do, but anyway, I applied the patch. That said, don't be
surprised if hostapd starts rejecting this configuration before even
getting that far in the initialization sequence..
