Patch 1 is an update of a patch that was part of a previous set, with the lookup condition fixed. Patch 2 documents some structs from the standard and adds one that was missing. Patch 3 adds a driver op to remove secure associations. Drivers don't need to implement it, but if they need to perform some work when the association is deleted, they should do so at this point. Patch 4 implements reference counting for keys.
