Hi Perhaps what you are trying to do is not exactly the same, but have a look at the previous thread and responses from Dan and Jouni: http://www.spinics.net/lists/hostap/msg00887.html I had not considered using disabled_sec. This approach looks promising. Please post on the list if you have success. I don't want to suppress the scan itself, rather I want the scan to ignore some SSIDs for a given amount of time. I hope someone on the list can help us?
