support for mcs bit rates in hostapd.

Is there any way to restrict the bit rates allowed for MCS in hostapd 
config ,
on the lines of legacy rates .

we have already tried the

iw   dev <devname> set bitrates  [mcs-<2.4|5> <MCS index>*] command for 
restricting the bit rates ,
how ever becoz minstrel algorthim the bit rates are adaptive .
