I'm not sure I understood the use case correctly.. Why would you look at
the P2P state machine of SD if the peer devices are already in the group
(which is how I interpret that use of "group client/GC" here)? Wouldn't
it be simpler to just implement this as a normal Data frame to the
association peer device and implement this completely independently of
the P2P state machine and P2P Action frames.
