I have a 3x3 NIC, and used 'iw' to set the configured antennas to 0x3 (2x2). It seems hostapd ignores this and still advertises 3x3 support in the beacons. I haven't messed much with hostapd code in particular...any hints as to where is a good place in the code to fix this?
