I'm not sure what you are referring to with "sequence number" here, but anyway, the issue in the log seemed to be strange AP behavior where a short EAPOL frame is sent after the successfully completely 4-way handshake. That short EAPOL frame is followed by the AP deauthenticating the station. What is that short EAPOL frame (sniffer capture should show it)? Is it EAP-Failure?
