This is what I am getting when I try running autogen.sh..

Requested 'glib-2.0 >= 2.39.5' but version of GLib is 2.32.4
Requested 'atk >= 2.7.5' but version of Atk is 2.4.0
Requested 'pango >= 1.32.4' but version of Pango is 1.30.0
Requested 'cairo >= 1.12.0' but version of cairo is 1.10.2
Requested 'cairo-gobject >= 1.12.0' but version of cairo-gobject is 1.10.2
Requested 'gdk-pixbuf-2.0 >= 2.27.1' but version of GdkPixbuf is 2.26.1
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Run autogen.sh to generate configure script from configure.ac, then run
configure script to generate config.h
Or download a release tarball, it has configure script pre-generated for you.
