I downloaded one in all bundle from gtk site to windows XP, and
gtk3-demo is ok.

- When you launch you program in a terminal (you have XP, so not a
terminal, but in cmd.exe), do you have any info ?
- Did you test a debugger (gdb) ?
- What is your OS (Now, we know that you have Win XP). But, 32 or 64
bits ? SP1, 2, 3 ?
Now, more questions :
- Do you have a correct PATH variable ? (in CMD.exe, enter "echo %PATH%)
