Windows Classic theme in Gtk2 was implemented as a theme engine. Gtk3 has native theming elements support instead. But the API that it uses on W32 for this works with every normal Windows theme (such as the default Windows 7 theme, XP theme), except for the Classic theme (which is not a real theme). There's a bug [1] for this, but i haven't been able to fix it.
