All platforms have their own native help systems that generally
depend on an external help application. There's currently no API
in GTK+ for working with these help systems, short of launching
some URI.

I've done some work on this, but it's stalled because there's not
a whole lot of interest.

Unfortunately, the easiest way to do portable help right now is
to just export to HTML and launch a web browser.
