you really don't want to know that - because threads and
auto-vivification during dispose cycles might change that value beneath
your seat.

if you want to know whenever an object has been unreferenced for the
last time and it's not valid any more you should use weak references. if
you want to know whenever an object has been unreferenced for the last
time before being invalid, see the toggle reference API.
