No. You'll have to roll it on your own, or use some other image processing toolkit. Note that the fastest way to rotate is to do two shearing operations in the to dimensions.

Is there a way to rotate a pixbuf not by a multiple of 90 degrees (using gdk_pixbuf_rotate_simple)?
I would like to rotate it by 10 degrees...
